Biography: Lizette Ayala, C.Ht. is a Hypnotherapist and Mind-Body Coach with an active practice in Northern Virginia. Since 2004, she has helped people from all walks of life live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives. Lizette is also the creator of Body Centered Hypnotherapy and Active Meditation programs available through her website, and/or through group workshops such as this one.
